Cancellation & Refunds • Cancellations made within the stipulated period (as per booking confirmation) are eligible for full or partial refunds (As per policy). • Refunds are processed promptly and fairly, ensuring no unjust enrichment. • No penalties involving riba or exploitative charges are applied. Guest Conduct • Guests are expected to respect Islamic values during their stay, including modest behavior and avoidance of prohibited activities (e.g., alcohol, gambling, or unlawful entertainment). • The hotel reserves the right to decline service if conduct is found to be against Shariah principles or disruptive to other guests. Use of Facilities • All facilities are provided for lawful and ethical use. • Food and beverage services are strictly halal-certified. • Prayer facilities and Qibla direction are available for guest convenience. Privacy & Trust • Guest information is treated with confidentiality, in line with the Islamic principle of amanah. • No misuse or disclosure of personal data will occur beyond lawful requirements. Force Majeure • In case of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), reservations may be rescheduled or refunded without exploitation or unfair loss to either party. Dispute Resolution • Any disputes will be resolved amicably, guided by fairness and Shariah principles. • Arbitration or mediation may be sought before legal proceedings, ensuring justice and reconciliation.
