The resort shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage of personal valuables, including but not limited to cash, jewellery, watches, electronics, or any other belongings left unattended in the room or resort premises. Guests are encouraged to use the in-room safe (if available) or deposit valuables at the reception for safekeeping. The resort shall not be liable for any personal injury, accident, illness, or loss of life occurring on the premises or during excursion, including but not limited to swimming pools, spa areas, adventure activities, and common areas. Guests acknowledge that they assume all risks associated with their stay & have arranged their health and property insurance The guest acknowledges that participation in any recreational activities (hiking, trekking, excursion, boating, cycling, swimming, etc.) provided by the resort is voluntary and at their own risk. The resort shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or fatalities arising from such activities Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times. The guest(s) agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FortuNorth Resorts (Pvt) Ltd, its directors, staff, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from personal injury, loss of life, theft, or property damage that occurs during the stay. Incase, of any adverse comments/ posts/ remarks made by the guests on social media or otherwise that is considered offensive/damaging to resort's repute by the management, you agree to delete and take corrective measures forthwith. The company reserves the right to take punitive action against you and your accompanying guests under Pakistan’s Laws. Due to the remote location of the resort, any facility / services that the resort has advertised are subject to availability and cannot be taken for-granted by the guests. If for any reason a utility / facility that was promised by the resort management and could not be delivered, shall not be claimed by the guest(s) for a refund & the management shall not be liable for any loss due to the non availability of utility, service or facility The resort shall not be liable for any interruptions, delays, or cancellations caused by natural disasters, government actions, terrorism, pandemics, Airlines / transporters, strikes, disruption/ breakdown of utilities & services or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the management’s control. Guests must check out by 11:00 AM on the departure date. Late check-outs may incur additional charges. Half-Day charges will be applicable for late check-out till 1400 Hours. Rooms occupied beyond 1400 Hours will be charged at full night rate. Reservations that are cancelled, reduced in length of stay, reduced in number of rooms or early departure, will be subject to full payment as per actual booking. No Show/ Cancellation charges on confirmed group reservations will be charged on the entire duration of stay, however single room / villa reservation will entail One night’s charge Any damage to resort property, rooms, or facilities caused by the guest or their party will be charged to the guest’s account at management’s discretion. Guests are liable for proper maintenance and usage of resort accessories & facilities at all times. Anything found broken, missing or damaged will be the responsibility of the occupant and liable to pay as per management’s decision, upfront, before checkout Guests are expected to adhere to resort rules and policies regarding noise levels, conduct, dress code, contraband, arms, stags (groups of young men / women) etc. and use of facilities. Guests misbehaving with staff or other guests that management considers inappropriate will be evicted without any warning with legal implications. Management’s decision will be final and cannot be challenged in any court of law Use of Alcoholic Drinks, Contrabands or Drugs etc: is strictly prohibited at the resort premises. The resort reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests / groups engaging in disruptive, illegal, or unsafe behaviour without refund Resort Management reserves the rights of admission to its premises & entire facility at all times. In case of a medical emergency, the resort may assist in arranging medical services, wherever possible with no legal obligation on its part. All medical & related expenses shall be borne by the guest Guests with pre-existing health conditions must inform the resort prior to check-in to ensure appropriate assistance if needed. Management will not be held responsible incase of any health or safety lapse beyond its control.
